The Pink Tinny
The pink tinny is a recently purchased 3.7m Stessel. It has a 20hp Suzuki 4-stroke motor and was purchased secondhand already carpeted front to back. The boat has an 80lb Minn-Kota that runs off 2 x 65ah lithium batteries. The sounder is a Garmin GPSMAP 8412 with a GT54 transducer and LVS34 live scope. All electronics are transfered between boats as required. The pink tinny is idea for fishing small local creeks and waterways for Barramundi and Mangrove Jack. It is very easy to tow and launch at ramps that are less than ideal.
Seafarer Vantage 4.85m / Signature 485sf
This boat is well known as one of the most versitile on the market. Known widely as the 485sf, Seafarer originally owned the mold that was eventually sold to Haines. The boat is equally at home in the creeks, bays and offshore waters. The hull is a 2008 model, but was recently re-powered with a 90hp Suzuki 4-stroke. The 80lb Minn-kota runs off 2 x 100ah lithium batteries up the front, with the motor and other electronics running from a dual battery system in the rear hatch. The boat is very open, with a side console design, front and rear casting platforms and two storage lockers down the sides. 120lts of fuel under the floor, and an economy from the Suzuki of about 0.3lts per km give this boat amazing range capabilities.
Snowy River SRC-16
In 2024 we reached a sponsorship agreement with Snowy River Townsville that saw us enter the caravan market with a 16 foot couples van. This van is small, light weight and easily towed behind the Everest. But it is well equiped with double bed, kitchen, lounge and full ensuite. The added airconditioning has allowed us to escape for quick weekeds and long trips looking for different fishing adventures.
