Charter boat…. What charter boat? Take PAYMENT in any form for fishing instruction whilst operating a boat – instuctors or clients own vessel – and it is indeed a charter and the appropriate licensing should apply. Been on a heap of charters and the learning is always there for free. For 200 or so bucks a bloke can fish with legend anglers like Eddy Riddle, Andrew Meads, Glen Jeston, Steve Bucholz and Ryan Moody (although Ithink his left town).
